This peanut butter pie has the very best filling i have ever had. In doing so i used about 8t of peanut butter i started with 6t then added enough till i liked the taste. Meanwhile in a bowl cut peanut butter into confectioners sugar until small crumbs form.
I made it with a chocolate graham cracker crust and added a thin layer of chocolate pie filling chocolate pudding to the bottom before adding the peanut butter filling. Bake until lightly browned approximately 10 minutes. In a small bowl combine cookie crumbs and sugar.
Remove from the heat. Pulse until blended 3 to 4 times. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Reserve 1 tablespoon crumb mixture for garnish. In a large bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy.
